Booked for 1 day and had a really good experience, workers were highly courteous, the service was very good, and the hotel is beautifully designed, plus on-site parking included.

New renovated hotel and nice furniture.

Hotel did not provide my confirmed reserved # of beds/room. Rooms are very small. I was asked if I can check out one of my three rooms two hours before posted check out time (12:00pm). Also I was asked if I can pay early (one day before check out). Breakfast food is not covered and some flys were on the food. Internet connection in the room is very poor. I do not recommend this hotel and I am not planning to go back to it.

Kupeli Palace is romantic place. The service of the hotel is full. The hotel satff is kindly and professional. The breakfast is beautiful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Next time I am going to stay in Kupeli Palace again. Thanks.

The hotel was recently renovated and in a central location of the city centre of Istanbul. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented. When we complained about the size of our first room, the next day we have been put in a room with jacuzzi and a view on the old town and the sea. We enjoyed our stay at Kupeli Palace and the warm and friendly atmosphere the professional staff created.

A tidy and beautiful bedroom 🌟, a roomy bathroom with a jacuzzi 🛁, and the service was simply fantastic 👌.

good location a bit far from tourist attraction by walking but by car is near

First when we checked in the reception give us standard room with french bed but we book for Deluxe Double room. We have to walk down and show printout of Booked.net to him then he change the room for us. The Deluxe room is nice but a bit small compare to the picture in website, the jacuzzi in the room not function properly some of the button were broken can't be use and once you flush the toilet water keep coming non stop whole night. It really disturbing I think hotel know about this problem but they not fixing it properly. Also wireless not working in the room I believe I'm not first guest complained about this problem.

You'll need to walk 15 minutes to get to the bus stop. The rooms are gorgeous, cheap, and come with WiFi, a sitting area, and a storage space.

This place has a great location, it's spotless, and the breakfast is delicious.

The location is fantastic. You can walk to all the sites in Sultanahmet. The part of the town where the hotel is, is in full transformation. You can find very old houses next to new hotels. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

the staff are friendly and they like to help. we actually booked for double room but when we arrived they gave us suite room to spend our lovely 2 nights. Good breakfast
